calendar

A date on a calendar. Often depicted as a page torn off from a daily desk calendar, showing a month and day on a white square page. The date shown is July 17. The date was first used by Apple when ICAL premiered at MacWorld Expo in 2002. World Emoji Day has been celebrated on July 17 since 2014, due to the emoji symbol. Major platforms have previously used various dates on this calendar, but have also changed to July 17 in recent years to avoid confusion on World Emoji Day.
